Ground Meats

Our Ground Meats are processed in-house with the trimmings of our steaks and roasts including Filet Mignon, Delmonico (Ribeye), New York Strip,

Po' Boy Chuck and London Broil. We grind small batches of burger at a time in the cooler to keep the meat as fresh as possible! We follow a comprehensive grinding log and HACCP program through the State of Pennsylvania to ensure product quality, safety and cleaning procedures!
