Just like our ground meats, our Oven-Ready Loaves are made in-house with the trimmings of our steaks and roasts including Filet Mignon, Delmonico (Ribeye), New York Strip, Po' Boy Chuck and London Broil. We mold the loaves by hand to give a softer, fluffier bite and consistency.

All loaves are sold in our freezer case.
Recommended cooking time for homemade loaves (from frozen) is 1 and 1/2-to-2 hours baked at 350 degrees F or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
Recommended cooking time for Salisbury Steaks (from frozen) is 20-to-25 minutes baked at 250 degrees F or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
